The "Charming waterfront retreat", is located in the area of Otzia and is on the waterfront with 60 steps leading to a small private bay. The property offers an amazing panoramic sea view and is ideal for a large family or a group of friends as it sleeps 15 people in total.

The villa and the outside area have been tastefully designed and decorated giving the property a unique character of its own.

The villa has a large terrace facing the sea with a newly built seawater swimming pool (12.5 X 4 meters) two large seating areas with comfortable sofas, a large dining table for 14 people, a second dining table for 6 people and a bar. The ideal place to sit, relax and enjoy the view. At the back of the villa is a second large terrace with a BBQ and a second third seating area with floor cushions and 2 sofas.

Interior Description:

The main house: The villa has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen, all with balcony large doors offering sea views. The main house also has a large master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In the master bedroom there is a jacuzzi bath. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed for another 2 people as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest w.c. near the living room. The main house sleeps in total 10 people.

The guest house: The guest house has a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, a bathroom with a shower.

The villa will be de-sanitized, before guests arrive and after their departure.
