The villa is built of wood and stone within a 15 acres olive grove, where there are also fruit and other trees as well as ornamental plants.

The house is located beneath two huge plane trees about 400 years old and allow you to relax and enjoy the nature!

The house is fully furnished with air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, etc. and is decorated with Cretan-traditional elements.

In the main area (sitting room) there is a fireplace for the cold winter nights and a TV.
