Room was very clean and decorated nicely. Bedding & towels were very fresh and clean. Room however was cold as there was large drafts in both sides of windows that you could see and hear. We turned heat up to 73, but it never got above 69. The white blinds also did not block out much so there was too much light from the parking lot making it difficult to sleep. Pool area was nice and very clean, but water in pools was not very warm. Breakfast area was cleanand well maintained with a lot of fresh selections.

Except the shower door did not stay closed and water was everywhere when trying to take a shower. Huge liability and very dangerous. Its interesting because the floor by the refrigerator slopes and is not level which must continue to the shower behind that wall. We liked the size of the room though.

Everything was amazing! From the time we walked in early for our reservation, Rob made sure he was able to accommodate us pretty quickly with his courteous personality and smile. Room was immaculate and we did forget toothpaste, but staff at the desk (sorry I forgot your name) was again smiling and prompt with what we needed. Breakfast was so good, hot and fresh and decent selection. Every time we went to the pool/hot tub, we were the only ones there! Every staff member had a smile when we saw them. They all had smiles and were courteous and sociable with everyone. We came with one goal in mind and we are definitely returning because this place went above and beyond for us!

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was really good and so was the coffee. The bathroom had a light gray tile floor. You could see black shoe prints and smudges on it that should be scrubbed off.

There was no toilet paper in our room. There was no body wash/soap in our room. The refrigerator froze all of our drinks. There was no iron to iron my shirt. I reserved a top floor room when i booked four months in advance and was told the top floor was full literally 30 min after check in was allowed. The pancake machine for breakfast was broken and has been briken since Thanksgiving 2024 when i was there before but was told it just broke so there was nothing my kids would eat for breakfast. The staff was rude at the front desk. It sounded like a heard of buffalo was in the room above us had to go to front desk at midnight to get it to stop. There is better options around the stadium. I will not stay here agian. I dont advise anyone to stay here. 1000 dollars for 2 nights with this kind of service. Yeah there is better around.
