No hot water in the room. Ran the shower for 20 minutes and it never got past freezing cold. When I complained, the guy at the front desk said no one should be put in that room because this happens all the time. Requested some sort of discount or money back, but nope. Also the small patch of grass in front of the room was COVERED in huge piles of dog poop. My own dog stepped in it and refused to go to the bathroom there (and yes, I actually picked up after my own dog). Walls are paper thin as are the doors. I was in town to visit my family and was gone most days, and every single time, my room key wouldn’t work. Had to go to the front desk multiple times to have them reactivate it. Will never stay here again.

There were no towels in the room which I did not notice until I was about to shower. I called the front desk several times but there was no answer. I had to dry off with pillow cases which were not ideal for the task.

Paid almost $500 for one night (was there for Packers/Eagles game). Bed was a thin mattress on basically sheet metal. my back hurt still hurts. Bugs on the bathroom floor. Shower was like being in a casket. Water would splatter if you used the bathroom sink. Supposedly had a shuttle to & from stadium but since I was only wanted to take it back to the hotel, they refused to tell me where it was located so I had to catch an Uber back. It was pay per ride so I would have paid for the ride of course. I asked other people what they paid & was told $75-$100 so I'm highly ticked off. I know it would be little more because of the game but 5 times the amount is absurd. Second time (& final time) I ever stay at this chain. It takes a lot for me to complain so save your money & sleep on a park bench.

First impression entering the lobby was terrible. It was so filled with cigarette smoke I could hardly breathe. The we went to our room which was above the lobby area, the smell of smoke was in our room also. The shower valve was missing parts and was difficult to set the right water temperature or turn it off completely

Total rat’s nest. Disgusting. Bathroom toilet had mildew, non-smoking room smelled completely of smoke. We left. Property would not refund our payment but Expedia did a good job to try to make the situation right. Property terrible; Expedia customer service excellent.

This property was dirty and unsafe. Homeless people in cars in the parking lot Overnight. Guests/employees smoking weed on outdoor stairs all night.
