The place was falling apart. The front desk made us wait 30 minutes with nobody at the desk. The room wasn't really cleaned. No breakfast offered and no notice of this despite all others on our trip providing it.

I liked nothing about my stay! 1 towel in the room no wash cloths the air conditioner barely would run and it was on high, needless to say my wife and I burned up the whole time we were there! I’m an over the road trucker driver I stay in many hotels, by far this was the worst experience ever!! Manager didn’t even seem to think it was a big deal! I have stayed at this hotel my last time! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I booked for 3 nights left after 2. After the first night I woke up with bites on my legs. I had been out looking at property and thought maybe it was from that. The second morning I woke up I had more bites and they were worse. A week later and they are still itching with medication. I needed to use their business center computer and it wasn’t usable. It turned on but it wasn’t functional. The whole place was strange. It’s an outdoor hotel that they enclosed for some reason. The wall air conditioners for the rooms pumped out heat into the hallway so they had to keep the door outside open to disperse the heat generated by the air conditioning units. Makes no sense. The girl behind the desk seemed like she was in outer space, took 30 minutes to check me in. Told her I had an orbitz reservation but when I went to check out they said I owed them a balance. That became an ordeal and it was only when I got angry and mentioned the bedbugs that they capitulated and told me to have a nice day. Very strange place. Would not recommend it, they did have what looked like a nice pool area. Had a sort of Palm Springs feel to it walking by.

The line was out the door for check in. Though we had pre-booked our stay, it took about 30-40 minutes for us to get checked in. When we got to our room, there were no bath towels. We went back and asked for some, and they said they would bring them. We called the office about two and a half hours later, as they still hadn’t brought them. The lady said she was cleaning the pool and would bring them afterward. She never did. When we got ready to go to bed, we realized that the second bed had no comforter. We went back to the office and no one was there, though the sign said that the check-in is monitored 24 hours a day.. We called and someone picked up and hung up. We called again and no one answered. So we had to sleep with just the sheet. We went back up again this morning to tell them we still had no towels or comforter. They gave us pool towels, as they were out of bath towels. They brought us the comforter an hour later. It was unwashed and had lipstick stains on it. We asked for a different one, which they said they would bring for our second night. Six hours later, we still haven’t received it. The shower curtain has mildew stains on it, and the pull thing to start the shower is broken, so only a small trickle comes out of the shower head. The security door on the side of the building is propped open 24/7 and will not shut. Room 303 really needs some attention. No continental breakfast or WiFi, as their website stated.

Disappointed

Person checking us in was nice, but overwhelmed due to lack of staff. Room was in terrible shape, shower head didnt work well and walls were peeling big sheets of paper and paint. Fridge and microwave didnt work and smelled bad when opened. However the mattress was fairly comfortable.

Don’t do it!!

There was no lightning outside, and even the Econolodge sign was dark. The front desk lady was very helpful, and gave me ideas where to go and sightsee. When I got to the room, it was absolutely disgusting and filthy. There were peanuts on the floor and it didn’t look like you hadBeen vacuumed. There were stains on the coffee table, and bugs crawling on the wall, into the peeling wallpaper. I immediately returned my keys card, and asked for a full refund. That’s what I get for trying to save a few dollars!

It was ok for the price

The check-in was nice, the girl at the desk was sweet. The room was nice for the price, the T.V was awful. We stayed two nights, we got up and left early the first morning and when we got back our room wasn't cleaned. I walked to the front desk and couldn't get anyone there so I had to walk all the way back to my room and call the front desk some more towels, for her to tell me to come back to the front to get them. After a long day, neither one of us wanted to walk up there again. I called the last morning and asked for the towels and she had them ready with fresh soap, she also apologized for the night before and our room not being cleaned.

Poor management of booked hotels

Booking went well with hotels.com wxcept for the hotel was overbooked... i drove an hr to stay at this hotel only for them to say there was an error with my booking and they were overbooked with no rooms available. The lady at the front desk was rude and not willing to help. Ended up having to sleep in my car.

A place just to sleep

The room doors connect to a hallway and the ac units leak water across the rugs so nasty. I needed a screw driver to remove a screw gor a baby doll to replace the batteries. The lady at desk wouldnt let me borrow the screw driver she told me to go back to the room put the batteries in and come back to the front and she would screw it back in. They have a cut piece of rug at the doorway not tacked down or anything a bad tripping problem. We tripped over it a couple of times. I just wouldnt recommend.

Don’t stay with a pet

Upon arrival to property we were given a smoking room that was stained heavily and we don’t smoke after returning to front desk we were give a second room which the bed look to have been made somewhat toilets were clogged just a bad experience with rooms. The staff was very nice and easy to deal with as far as understanding and refunds.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

The hot water heats up, after 20 minutes. The room didn’t have toilet paper when we arrived. The cleaning service came in after the first night. Emptied only one trash can, didn’t make the beds, and only replaced two towels. The light outside the room flashed on and off all night. There was an old coffee left in the microwave with a clump of grossness floating in it. The back door did not close so anyone off of the street can just walk in. The place is NOT clean. I sprayed it down and wiped it down with Lysol when I arrived. They have the nerve to charge an $85 security deposit for the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I will never stay there again

Nice enough place, just some security issues.

My wife and I have stayed here before with mixed feelings about the place. 1st time there internet didn't work and there was an issue with a security door but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. 2nd time, internet was fine, same security door issue, which I reported, and was promised it would be fixed. Several years later, same door, same problem; again, I was promised today that it's being taken care of, but again, very comfy bed and very clean. Oh well, I'll never know because I moved my parents back up north so it's unlikely we'll be in Greeneville again.

as soon as I walked in there the room it smelled like cigarettes, the person who was at the front desk wasn't nice at all and didn't give me 2 rooms next to each other like I had asked and there where plenty empty rooms I will never book there again.
