Welcome to The Villa at Lake Oconee — a stunning 12,000 sq. ft. Mediterranean-style luxury retreat located inside the prestigious Harbor Club community. Designed for unforgettable family vacations, golf trips, corporate retreats, and large group gatherings, this incredible lakefront estate comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests and offers resort-style amenities throughout all three levels of the home.

The Villa features breathtaking lake views, a private pool with optional heating or chilling, multiple entertainment spaces, theater area, billiards room, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, elevator access, and a maximum-size dock on the “big water” of Lake Oconee.

From the moment you enter, the home welcomes guests with soaring ceilings, expansive lake views, and a grand dining room with seating for up to 32 guests. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances including a six-burner range, double ovens, spacious refrigerator, ice machine, and everything needed to comfortably entertain large groups. Additional kitchens on the upper and lower levels provide even more convenience for families and gatherings.

The Villa offers multiple luxurious master suites and spacious guest accommodations across all three levels. The main level includes two private master suites along with additional guest bedrooms. Upstairs, guests will enjoy incredible lake views from the owner’s suite along with additional bedrooms and private baths. The fully furnished terrace level includes a large theater area with 80” screen, pool table room, additional living spaces, and multiple private guest suites.

What a great house for a family vacation

Great house for our family Thanksgiving! The large dining table made the perfect setting. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the lake and house are beautiful! Reunion at the lake

Our week stay at the lake house was excellent! We were a group of 10 lifelong friends hosting our annual reunion trip. The property was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone and multiple locations perfect for gathering both inside and outside. The indoor and outdoor kitchens made meal prep easy. We requested the heated pool and rented the available tritoon boat - both were excellent additions and we really enjoyed them throughout the week. Overall, it was a very nice property and a great trip!
