We stayed for the weekend for a dance competition. The location was perfect. Close to the event location and walking distance to the children’s museum. The house felt very clean and comfortable. Sherri was very hospitable and accommodating with a later check out after the kids were exhausted from our busy weekend. We definitely would stay here again! Comments from the kids: One of the nicest rental houses we have stayed in. The loved the bedrooms with comfy beds and blankets. They were already asking when we were going to come back to stay again.

Every room was spotless and the house smelled so fresh!!! The house was up to date and and stocked with towels and linens. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were bottles water and sodas in the refrigerator. Most of all the owner was so accomadating to our requests. We would definitely stay again and reccommend to others. We rate our stay a 10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in High Point! The location couldn’t have been more convenient to High Point University, which made our visit stress-free. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the bedrooms were thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the abundance of fresh towels and how beautifully made and cozy all of the beds were. The living room couch was perfect for relaxing after busy days. Everything was clean, inviting, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a 4 BR house that is as it is advertised. Nice place, good location. Very Clean, prompt and friendly information with a great host. Well equipped for your stay. Difference is, this place has a lot of little things that are above and beyond in terms of details, loads of great quality towels, good icemaker ( with an additional bag of ice in the freezer. It was more like a place was prepared for visiting family. Have never stayed at a better VRBO

Fabulous stay !

This is our second time staying at this location with this host, Sherri. The property just can’t be beat. Super clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and just a great location as it is very close to the university and to downtown High Point. Minimal traffic and very quiet area. Oodles of restaurants, grocery, etc nearby. Sherri has been absolutely fabulous to deal with and we highly recommend visiting their updated and well stocked home. Loved having a grill, new washer / dryer, etc.

Clean Updated and Conveniently located home

If I could give 10 stars, I would. First of all, this property is completely up-to-date, well kept, clean, and with all the supplies one could need. It is conveniently located near downtown, oodles of restaurants, the university, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Beds are comfy. Quiet neighborhood with minimal street noise. Sherri, has been fabulous to work with and literally thought of everything. Plus we had some travel weather issues and she was wonderful helping us to check in, with speedy communications, etc. Great washer dryer even with laundry supplies. Ample kitchen supplies to cook (pans/ utensils, bakeware) , Keurig, even a crockpot. Great bathroom supplies with everything you need. We will definitely be a return guest!

Spacious, clean and convenient location

Our recent stay at this property was exceptional. Given our need to be near the High Point Theatre, this location proved highly convenient. Visiting High Point

We came to High Point for Presidential Scholars week and brought Nonnie. It was great to have a house where everyone had their own space and a kitchen! It is literally 3 minutes from campus. And It is so cute! The space was perfecr. Bringing some girls back for furniture shopping and we are planning to stay here.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! It was the cleanest home or hotel I have ever stayed in! Sherri was the perfect hostess - so accommodating and kind! She even decorated for Christmas! Everything was simply top notch! I have never felt more comfortable away from home! We will definitely be back!
