Unfortunately, this is the last time I will stay at this property. I’ve stayed here on several other occasions and really enjoyed it. The property is newer and had been well maintained. On this trip, the staff was in a sad state. On my first night, someone attempted to enter my room twice. I called down to the front desk asking if perhaps the room had been mistakenly double assigned. It wasn’t. They laughingly said it was them who’d attempted to enter the room, but offered no explanation. On subsequent days, the room was not cleaned and our keycards were deactivated daily. Upon explaining that our keycards had become deactivated (they were not mistakenly demagnetized each day) and asking why that keeps happening, not only was there no answer for why it was happening, but no effort was made to verify identity or confirm reservation before allowing entry to the room. It didn’t feel secure. As a result of all of this, it won’t be my choice to return to this location.

We liked how much space was in our King Room. Two tvs was nice with the couch having the stretched out side piece. Plenty of options for breakfast and plenty of tables in the eating area. Pool was small but GrandSun still enjoyed his swim. No troubles with parking spaces. We'll stay again on our next Greensboro trip.

Loved having my 16 year old find condoms and trash in the pull out couch when we arrived. Hotel staff couldn’t transfer me to a clean room and told me to just call the general manager on MONDAY. Travelocity staff was really clueless Horrible experience
