Terrible experience
If I could, I would give them a 0. I booked the house through Venmo. We all arrived at the house late because everyone was coming from different states, such as New York (Long Island), New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. When we arrived at the house, it was occupied; there was another party that had arrived earlier, and they had booked the house through another website. At 11 pm, we were looking for a place to sleep. We ended up sleeping in the cars with kids. The Venmo customer told me that she was trying to help us, and, of course, she didn't do anything. Of course, I called the owner, and he didn't even apologize for renting his house to two different parties, leaving us without a place to sleep because we arrived later. I strongly advise avoiding this house and its owner.
