Serene north street apartment is located in a beautiful, old plantation style home. The apartment still has much of the older character with fresh decor to update the space. The Overbrook neighborhood is very safe and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Greenville. It's also very close to Cherrydale, 385, and Bob Jones University.

Our space is very cozy with everything you could need away from home. We have an "office space" that we have a futon set up for one person with the privacy of a door. The kitchen comes stocked with anything you could need to make a basic meal.

We are in and out of town for work but have trusted partners in town when we are not there to handle anything that can come up. Anything you need is just a phone call away.

We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone. Please contact us with these details before booking so we can confirm the pet fee and ensure your pet is approved. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companion!
