Everything was great until the early morning of our check out day. We were awoken a little after 7am by a loud alarm saying to stay calm and that the problem would be identified. We heard sirens and saw the fire truck pull up. This loud alarm went on for 13 minutes- continuously. We decided to evacuate and the alarm stopped once we got to the bottom of the stairs. Many people were confused, but there was no follow up alarm or notification. We finally went to the desk to see what we needed to do. The front desk just said “oh an alarm got tripped- it’s all fine now… sorry”. We would have never known if we had not asked, and feel the hotel guests should have been notified about safety after such a loud, long alarm situation, especially one that caused us to wake up, pack, and get out hours before we planned.

I had two rooms booked and have been asked to review each booking separately - which I will not do. We loved the hotel. Room designs were excellent as were all the furnishings. We particularly enjoyed the bar and appreciate the reasonable drink prices. The bartenders were great! Unfortunately we are not breakfast eaters and, therefore cannot review the breakfast. The entire staff was terrific and we will return! Thanks so much for your first class hospitality!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! Excellent customer service!! The only downside is that my room and garage cards were deactivated prior to me checking out. The cleaning manager was kind enough to let me in my room. Also, the keycard for the garage did not work once I was leaving the hotel and had to contact the front desk. Other than that, it was amazing!!
