First room did not have fresh linen nor towels. Changed tova room that was slightly better. TV remote and lamp not working. No iron and bed was not made during 3 day stay. I have stay a property several time. This was the worst.

My room was ok. Cleaners missed a couple spots but nothing major. My king bed was everything. It was Nice and Comfortable which i enjoyed. Parking was ok. No elevators, only 2 floors, if i would change anything i would add more steps its crazy to go to 1 location and walk to the room so you werent near your car but could see it you know. Front staff guy was nice and friendly. I didnt make it to breakfast.

Room was extremely dirty when I went to get the guest service attendant she agreed that the room was extremely dirty and stated she was going to get the hotel manage and when he came he refused to give me a clea room he was extremely disrespectful and on top of that he went into the syatem and changed check in date so that it would not reflect on the reciept that I actually did pay for it he was extremelhy rude and me banned from there I have not received my refund
