The check in was the problem. We arrived at 12:30 hoping for an early check-in. Went round and around with the staff who told us that there was a $21 fee but yet there were no rooms yet available. They were sold out, but no one else was standing there with me and at that hour it was ridiculous to not have a room available and even if there were one to charge for it. I've checked in some hotels as early as 8:00 or 9:00AM and never been charged.

It’s ok

The staff were very friendly but it’s not as clean as it could be. I stayed on the 5th floor and the first night I seen a roach (I understand this is something that they sometimes miss because travelers) however I was scared because I don’t live with them at home abs I surely didn’t want to live with them on the road. The towels were dirty and stained (not a biggie but a biggie) I travel with my own towels but it’s unsanitary.
