The staff was very friendly, but the room we stayed in was very loud,We stayed in 2 room suit and the pull out couch mattress was flat as can be. We could hear every step of the people above us walking the hallways. Along with the front door had a giant gap

You could try harder.

To do a load of laundry it cost $2.50 wash and $2.25 to dry and did not dry everything. Due to other occupants that were in the building there was lots of mud, dirt and clumps through the public areas. Lastly the morning breakfast was 1 out of 5. Not fresh little or no fruit available.

I have stayed at this property in Greenville Texas many times. I haven’t ever been disappointed. The rooms are spacious. I really like the ceiling fans. Not many hotels have them. It’s also a good location for us.
