Room ok but with no hot water! Called to let them know and no one seemed concerned. Pool was closed because of covid 19. The lady at the front desk didn't know if it was open or not and spoke extremely loud.

The place was so awful! Overall in disrepair and dirty. My remote didn't work, the microwave made a horrible noise and began smelling funny and the elevator stopped working!!!! My entry to the room card was actually two cards taped together! The only redeeming factor was the staff, they were very friendly.

First off the lady who checked us in was sick. She coughed like she had typhoid. She couldn't finish our check in because she was coughing so hard. And definitely alone. The next morning we asked for two fresh towels. The front desk attendant told us to bring our dirty thread bare towels to her then she would give us clean towels. What kind of service is that? Did she think we wanted to steal this disgusting things? We use better towels to dry our puppies Knowing what we know now we would have definitely chosen the Hampton next door.

Under Reno but no problem

Pros: easy access of I-65, restaurants close, clean room, nice lobby.
Cons: When reno is complete, it will be even better.
Location: Location was great, easy off I-65, restaurants and gas stations.
Nice hotel for traveling with pets. Have two (2) small cats, paid a little extra ( you will pay a little more for larger animals) Nice area, easy access off I-65, Taco Bell, Burger King, others, gas stations, all right there. Friendly Staff, room clean, Nice lobby and breakfast area. Hotel is going through a reno project near breakfast area but we did not experience any problem with it.
