Stayed for 2 nights. First night was horrible. Room above us was having a party blasting music. Was not able to get to sleep until one in the morning when the party seemed to have stopped. Called front desk twice and party still kept going. Luckily next night there was no party.

I didn’t like the fact that my service animals was chastised by have the maid at breakfast then had the police called on me. I have never been treated like such and then 5 minutes later another guest came in with a bigger dog not chastised for being near the food like I was as if I was a child the reason I picked this hotel brand is because of my service animals and how other hotel give issues and problem so I paid for a high level of professional service and what I got was treated like a criminal I sure because I was in the antebellum south and how racist is still prevalent that the only reason that I am my service animal was harassed because of the color of my skin for that could be no other explanation when the service animal was fully marked and under control leashed and all I was trying to do was have my good ol complementary breakfast I need someone fired asap

Accommodating

You'll get your monies worth. The staff was accommodating and pleasant to interact with. The overall cleanliness was good, I had two concerns, the mildew that was obvious in the shower stall and the cobwebs and spider activity, in the corners of the wall, over the blinds. If you moved the blinds it disturbed the spiders. Some clorox/tilex spray would solve the mildew issue and a broom or duster, the cobwebs. There were no lingering unpleasant ordors in the room. Bed, although I don't think it was a king, it was comfortable, well made, and had exceptionally clean linens and bath towels. The breakfast area was well kept. They offered options to accommodate everyone's preferences. I was be able to have a healthy fresh meal in a clean environment. My only ask would be that there were covers for the juice cups. There was one manager, I failed to ask him his name, if he wasn't at the desk assisting the clients, he was sweeping, wiping, cleaning something - all the while humming or singing. His presence created a welcoming atmosphere. The location is strategically placed, where restaurants, diners, and discounts stores are in walking distance and easily accessible. The Fairfield is the place to stay if you want a good night's sleep away from home, in a clean, quiet, and safe environment.

The room was comfortable, not fancy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The workout room was clean. The carpeting in the room was moist,I could not take my shoes off. The breakfast was sub-standard and we mostly ate out for breakfast.
