Mostly good stay. The TV and phone in our room did not work. One front desk staff thought the batteries in the remote were dead and asked me to come to the front to change them. I explained that the indicator light was working, so I didn’t think that was the issue. She replied, “Do you want me to change the batteries or not?” Fortunately, another staff member took over. She came to the room to troubleshoot but was unable to figure out how to fix it. It was late, so I said we would be fine. She assured me that she would notify the manager to provide us some accommodation.

The hotel appeared clean but the air freshener was overwhelming in the lobby, hallways, and room. And in our room, lingering with the air freshener, was a musky, wet dog scent. The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was but I abhor the air fresheners they had in the main public areas. It gets into the room and by morning my sinuses hurt terribly from the air freshener. If you want no smells in the hotel use air filters and air purifiers instead.
