they were having trouble with their reservations not working. had to pay with my debit card. a lot of the rooms didnt have a working tv. microwave...or refrigerator. the room i had didnt have curtain over window so i had to just put it up hoping it would stay up. noisy outside due to druggies drunks going in and out. loud music/talking. law was there multiple times

The people above my room would not stop banging on the floors all freaking night, banging, running back and forth, moving furniture drove me nuts. Great place. Kinda sketchy area, room was nice otherwise. Very clean.

The staff was very helpful when my TV did not operate.. The manager was happy to upgrade my room were the television worked properly. I have visited this motel a couple of weeks ago and travel for work. This is now were i will continue to stay when im traveling to the area. The room was very clean and the newly installed mattress was very comfortable. If your coming to Greenville in the future, i do recommend this motel.

Very poor management

The room was dirty and stunk the TV did not work. It says there’s microwaves in every room. I’ve stayed twice now and the other time has there been a microwave in either of the room I was in.

The room itself was clean when we arrived. The price was very good. The kitchenette was decent. We arrived early and were told to check back at 3pm. We returned at three, but the room wasn't ready until 5pm. There was no housekeeping done between days we stayed, so no clean towels and we ran out of toilet paper. Felt like it would take an hour or two two get some, so we bought our own. I think also that we received a smoker's room when we asked for non-smoking.

There were black mold in the fridge, shower and cabinets. Microwave caked with grim and grease. Rotten cabinets. Heavily rusted handles. Stains in the floor. Floor was sticky and with soil streaks. Toiler had stale urine marks on it.
