Great location! Just a little noise on Friday and Saturday night but otherwise quiet. The bed was great, the kitchen set up so we could make breakfast every morning. The TV was brand new! Tricia was available and responsive when I had questions. We will be back!

Very Clean. Great central location. Very good comms with property owner including them reaching out unprompted to let us know we could check in early which was very much appreciated. One item that was not a big deal but was not completely clear from the listing is that you will need to pay for parking in an attached parking garage. Not a big deal for us but be aware. there was always plenty of spaces in the garage and it does have direct access to the bldg that the rental is in via a coded entry door.

What a wonderful find!

We could not have asked for a better holiday stay! The location is awesome - centrally located and so easy to walk to so much of what GVL has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy, smooth, and totally painless. And Tricia was super responsive throughout our stay. The space was clean and comfortable - we will definitely be back! Fabulous location in Greenville

Darling condo in the heart of downtown Greenville. We loved our stay. The only reason I did not rate this 5 star is bc the wood floors have a very loud squeak. This woke up both myself and my husband at night when one of us got up. Otherwise a perfect stay!
