It is only 5 min walk from the house to the city center, where there are various types of shops and restaurants.
The sea is about 3 km distance from.
The closest supermarket is 400m from the house.
Bus station and train are about 10 min walk from here.

The house is located in a quiet area and is close to the city center. You can park in front of the house without any problems and free of charge.
The house has a nice covered terrace which guests are welcome to use during their stay. It is also a large garden with ca800 m2 lawn and a small greenhouse. It's a quiet place and I have a good relationship with all my neighbors around the house.
The house has 88 m2 on two floors. I live in the living room myself and the basement is newly renovated which is used for Airbnb guests.
Remember and drive on VIOLSKRÄNTEN VEJ following the main road for and get to the house. Take a look at the picture for guidance.
There is a bike path at the end of the road that you can walk, about 5 min then you are in the city center. Tulip road is the bike path.

There are 2 newly renovated rooms down in the basement with their own entrance to.
The entrance is in front of the house on the right down the stairs to the basement.
There is a key box next to the door where the key is located.

Both rooms have large beds. Grey Room has a three-quarter size bed as well as an extra guest bed and Green Room a double bed 160x200. Both rooms are equipped with bed linen, bed linen, furniture for clothes and practical things.
It is accessed to the laundry room through the green room where it is a small thé kitchen with crockery, cutlery, glasses and plate available.
In the hallway there is a fridge that you can use and it is free coffee and tea .
The toilet is located in the upstairs living room right next to the stairs when you come up. There are signs on the door.
It can accommodate a family of 4 people.

You can park in front of the house without any problems.
You need to pay a little attention to the GPS guide of the house as sometimes it can be a little confusing because of a bike path that cannot be passed through. Tulip road is a bike path and does not come to the house.
You have to drive from violskränten vej ,and turn right of iris road to follow and get to the house.

You can use the washing machine in the laundry room where there is also access to washbasin with cold and hot water.
The key is in the key box if you want to check in yourself.
The box is without code.
It is IMPORTANT and look at the picture for and see the right road driving ,to the house since gps can sometimes be a bit confusing
