Good experience, liked it.

First time I stay here and only chose this hotel because of three things: fantastic breakfast, gym and bike hire. The bike hire did not work at all as the hotel stopped it the day I arrived (unlucky) . The breakfast was indeed fantastic, and the gym was not too bad (does not qualify as a gym though, more like a fitness room) .

I didn't like that there was no AC. I also didn't like that it required my phone to enter or the hotel or my room. They provide a little fan for the room but it gets so hot. If the weather is 23 , I don't recommend this hotel!

Stunning property and only a 20 min bus ride in to bern. Also for me added bonus of free ev charging. The room was ultra modern with everything you needed. Pool looked refreshing and inviting but never had time to use it. Breakfast was fantastic and tasteful.

We had an overnight stay on a Monday. It had three EV chargers. The restaurant was closed but we were told of the options including their sister hotel 10 mins away. We drove their for a meal. It was excellent. The service in both hotels was excellent. We don’t speak German. Their English was excellent. We’d definitely go again and have already recommended it to a friend as a stop over on the way to Italy.

Unfriendly staff! Not replying to request sent in the booking - especially for late check-in. They just didn't read the reservation request. Therefore, once arrived the hotel was closed. No personal on duty, no information - nothing! Just the door was closed!

Great breakfast and lovely interior

The hotel and design was lovely, as was the breakfast. An absolute recommendation for this hotel. Dinner was very prepared with lot of detail and care. The palatial combinations were not concurrent with our taste, but a lot of others were enjoying it.

Amazing place with really nice rooms

Was really nice our stay and enjoyable. Very comfortable room, really cozy place very closed to all, like basel airport and other beautiful attractions. Very good service and really pleasant staff Breakfast really nice but too expensive for 20euro per person.
