The "Lichtblick" holiday apartment features modern, eco-friendly technology. A private photovoltaic system on the roof supplies the house with green electricity, while an efficient heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures year-round. Guests with electric cars can conveniently use the EV charging station (available for an extra fee).



The holiday home is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Grömitz-Brenkenhagen, offering plenty of sunlight and beautiful views from every room. The 80 m², two-story accommodation includes a living room with wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, providing space for four people. Alles da, es fehlt an nichts!

Pros: Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, die Wohnung ist schön und sauber! Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Cons: Ein fester Zaun wäre für unsere 2 Hunde der 6er im Lotto gewesen aber sonst gab's gar nichts zu bemängeln!

Pros: Wir haben die Wohnung zum Jahresende mit vier Erwachsenen genutzt. Es ist für Alle genügend Platz vorhanden. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere auch im Küchenbereich überzeugt, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Schön ist der freie Blick in die Natur und der kurze Weg nach Grömitz. An zwei Abenden haben wir den Ofen befeuert. Toll, dass es dazu genügend Holz im Schuppen gab. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und mit Frau Brill hatten wir netten Kontakt. Alles in Allem können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
