Belle maison familiale et idéalement située
A deux pas du centre bourg, la maison est très bien aménagée. Le jardin est agréable (complètement fermé). Petit bémol, l'absence de stores occultants dans les chambres oblige à un lever tôt.

Un week-end dans une magnifique maison
Très belle maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Une très belle pièces de vie, nous étions 16, et on ne s’est pas du tout marché sur les pieds. Un joli jardin, au calme pour apprécier le soleil. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent week-end dans une jolie maison, très bien située, de plus.

Location très agréable et prestations de qualité
Location sur Groix 15 jours cet été. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. Les prestations sont de qualité. La maison est idéalement située et surtout très bien équipée même pour des grands groupes. Très bon feeling du séjours en général.

Pas de mauvaise surprise le logements correspond à l’annonce. Hôte joignable et arrangeant. Proximité avec le supermarché très pratique. Nécessite une très bonne organisation pour que tout le monde puisse prendre une douche chaude.
