Suite 30 is big self-catering accommodation on the ground floor with a garden (90m2)
A Lovely holiday home with a kingsize bedroom of 30m2 big enough for 4 people. There is a king size boxspring bed, which we can prepare as single beds as well If you are a family or just friends, this is the place to be. There is room for 2 extra adults (costs extra) with the bedsofa of high quality 2x90x200 size.
On request we can prepare a baby cot as well with a normal good matrass (not that flat ones).

Lots of things to do in the neighborhood, you just go to see the Martini Tower, or go play bowling, eat Tapas at Gedempte Kattendiep. With the kids you could go to nice child friendly restaurants nearby or walk to the playgrounds in the Park.
For your groceries there is a supermarket nearby within 500m.

You enter the house by the front doo and then you will come in the hall with , through the door you enter the living room with nice furniture, TV with Apple TV with Netflix and nice movies to see. A high chair is available and the living room has a dining area where you could easily sit with 6 people. A large kitchen! The kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher, tablets are provided and there is a cooler. There is a traditional coffee maker for filter coffee and a nespresso machine. Coffee and coffee cups are provided as well, Water cooker is available as well. The bathroom has a rainshower (!) and there is a washing machine, drying machine, ironing kit and the toilet. There is a hair dryer and towels and shower utilities are as well provided.
You can reserve a parking spot as well. Please book it upfront.

Within a 10 minutes walk you are iat the Grote Markt/ Martini Tower or just a couple of minutes on the bikes (2 oldies but free to use).
The nearest restaurant is just at the other side of the street a cosy Pizzeria, and more restaurants to choose within 5 minutes walking distance, while a supermarket can be found within 500 metres.
Suite 30 kingsize ground floor apartment
You are staying in a full ground floor comfortable apartment of 90m2 in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the centre of Groningen.
There is a sunny terrace and a parking to be reserved. Parking you pay on arrival.
The apartment has a city garden, a private entrance, a living with dining for 6, TV with netflix account, free WIFI and a fully equiped kitchen. There is a sofabed and in the bedroom there is a kingsize boxspring where we can place extra beds or a babycot.

Quality .v. price! fantastic
My partner and I stayed 3 night at the Suite 30. The host where very nice and efficient. Very courteous couple. The place offer all the modern comfort and more. If like myself, you like to cook then this Suite had everything to suit your culinary skill. Spacious and very comfortable, we will recommend this to anyone. Very close to the centre and easy to ride bicycle.

Echt: ''een home away from home''. Ruim appartement, modern ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zowel in badkamer als keuken. Hartelijke ontvangst van gastvrouw. Kortom: een aanrader! En we komen graag nog es in de suite of andere accomodatie van deze verhuurders.

Wir haben unseren Wochenendaufenthalt in Groningen sehr genossen. Dies lag nicht zuletzt auch an dieser tollen Unterkunft. Die Beschreibung und Bilder der Wohnung stimmen genau mit der Realität überein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war bestens. Lieben Gruß nochmal an Diet und tot ziens!

super accom in the nice city of Groningen
very friendly and helpful hosts, a very spacious flat, supermarket around the corner, walking/biking distance to Groningen center, initially we had a poor wifi connection, but that was improved/corrected quickly, we didn't cook, but all kitchen stuff seemed to be there, place was very quite and we slept well. we can only recommend the place.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location
This is the second visit to Suite 30 and it was, again, very enjoyable. It is a lovely apartment with a private sitting area outside. The location for Groningen is easy just needing to catch one bus to the centre. Diet is very friendly and helpful.

Spacious apartment. Good and nice location.
WiFi was a bit slow for four people, and it did not work properly. Unfortunately. But Diet and his husband were very helpful and friendly. We ordered breakfast and we had the chance to compare products of two companies. We prefered ordinary breakfast, and we enjoyed the one with cheese, ham, jam, bread, juice etc. The breakfast was pretty expensive (12,5 €/pers.), but it was served in a very gentle way: you could find the beautiful breakfast basket early in the morning in the hall. I would warmly reccommend this apartment to all families/ couples visiting Groningen.

everything was perfect
we really felt like home. Everything , even in the kitchen, was available. Things you often miss at appartments, like salt and pepper, wine oppener ...were there. only point we missed were carpets on the floor, because the floor was very cold.
