This idyllic and cozy skipper's house is hidden in one of the most beautiful streets in Groningen. In the middle of the bustle of the station and the Hereweg is the village neighborhood where the Sophiastraat is located. Within walking distance of the bustling center of Groningen, the station and numerous eateries and cafes, yet in the tranquility of this characteristic residential area in the super beautiful Oosterpoort neighborhood.

The house has a beautiful light through the two large windows at the front of the living room. In addition, the authentic beams are reflected throughout the house, creating a cozy atmosphere.
On the ground floor there is a bright living room with kitchen, equipped with everything you need it (4 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle). Benden is a hallway, a bathroom with shower and the stairs in the living room. At the front is a bench (not on photo), so you can sit outside in the sun. On the 1st floor are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. There is also the washing machine that you can of course use.
The house is in a quiet street with a supermarket nearby and is within walking distance of the station, downtown and numerous eateries and cafes.
