Welcome to Apartment 37 in Building 1 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!

This 47-square-meter apartment, perfect for the whole family, is situated in an absolutely dreamlike location on the 4th floor and is extremely popular thanks to its magnificent direct ocean view—a view you’re sure to take home with you as a wonderful vacation memory.

The separate bedroom, which overlooks the entire South Beach and its promenade and features a second TV, includes a double bed and a wardrobe. What makes this apartment special is its well-designed layout and the availability of two additional bedrooms. One sleeping area features a bunk bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed.
The interior shower room features an illuminated mirror cabinet, a vanity cabinet with ample storage space, and a shower with a tub.
The large and comfortable couch offers plenty of space for a cozy evening watching a good movie.

The kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, and all cooking utensils as well as a full set of dishes.

From the south-facing balcony on the 4th floor, you can enjoy a direct, breathtaking view of the sparkling sea at your feet. Cozy high-back chairs with cushioned seats and a table invite you to relax, recharge, and soak up the sun.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) available to each guest. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
