It features a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a 500 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included. Ideal for a couple and a child, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with sea view, double sofa bed, TV and fireplace (wood not provided).
- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue (gas or charcoal), washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

- 500 m² enclosed garden with shower
- An 18 m² terrace with sea view and furniture for sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Jet skiing, boating, diving, horseback riding, hiking, Porticcio beach less than 10 min away on foot, visiting Ajaccio (old town, port, museums, tastings, markets...)

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot.
