Romantic getaway or fun fishing stay. Newly constructed, beautifully styled, luxury cottage in the country has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace and wi-fi. Bathroom has spacious walk in shower and washer/dryer. Bedroom with queen bed, living room with a fold out couch and chair, sleeps 5 total. Has 2 car garage and long drive way for boat parking. Just miles from downtown Grove and public boat ramp. This peaceful setting on a paved road is the best of the country & close to town.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this property. The pictures were accurate to the home itself, I enjoyed the hot tub, and for the most part everything was to my liking. There were only a couple minor things that stopped me from rating this property 5 stars. Firstly, there was an unpleasant water damage smell in the closet in the primary bedroom. Also, some of the forks had a red stain on them, which made me hesitant to use any of the dishes. Lastly, it’s hard to tell in the pictures but the property is extremely close to what I am assuming is the owners home. I was expecting the property to be a little more tucked away.Overall I had a nice time staying at this VRBO, and would recommend staying if you find yourself in the area.

Great place to stay just outside of town! We brought our boat along and felt completely comfortable leaving all our fishing gear—everything felt safe and secure. The hot tub was a perfect bonus during the cold snap. We’d definitely stay here again!

I dont really know how to rate this because we did not actual stay in the house pictured as when we arrived for check in there was someone staying there. Thankfully I realized before opening the front door. The place provided was acceptable as a substitution but we had to wait a couple hours for it to be cleaned. Karin did say she would refund me and I'm hoping that happens. I would book the place we stayed again except for the beds that were like sleeping on a board. My entire body hurts from trying to sleep on them. The house we were offered as a substitute was #6. It was well decorated and obviously had been done recently. There were a couple of things that might be unfinished but was a very cute unit over all.

Everything was well decorated and I liked the little details, a table by the hot tub, make up remover wipes in the bathroom, laundry tabs, dryer sheet, etc. We wanted a coffee pot and not a Keurig and a coffee pot showed up on my doorstep quickly! The air-conditioning worked very well and the coffee table was perfect for puzzles.

Prompt Communication and Great Property

This was our second stay. There was an electrical issue that impacted the AC, so we contacted the host and they right away addressed the issue. We were offered a different house alternatively but opted to stay due to it being night and having a lot of stuff already unloaded. So, they went and bought a window unit and installed it. Definitely went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable despite the issue. Highly recommended!

Grand Lake Fishing Spot

Was in town for a week long fishing trip on Grand Lake. Great location, clean, cool, great shower and washer/dryers, close to lake and everything you need, seemingly safe property. If you have a 20’ bass boat and you’re coming to Grand lake, it’s not going to fit in the garage because they put in an inflatable hot tub and built a wall around it. We tried. So just expect to park your boat in the driveway. My .02 is remove all that so guests can put their boats in the garage. I’d pay a bit more for that security and no dealing with covers, taking stuff out at night, working in the dark, etc.

It was wonderful! I’m from Oklahoma and went to spend time with my mother that lives in Grove. It was exactly the property shown in VRBO. I will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay! This cozy little slice of heaven was everything we could have ever dreamed of. We did have to contact the host to let them know of the hot tub not working but they were very responsive and tried to correct the situation immediately. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind if we ever come back to the area!! 10/10 recommend!

Great Stay!

It was a cozy and quiet place for myself and 2 kids. We were in town for an event, and needed a small place that had a kitchen, so a hotel wouldn’t be suitable. The kitchen is more than big enough, and the island helps a lot with food prep. The beds were comfortable. The shower is amazing! I do offer a warning that if you’re not used to country life, the insects inside the house might scare you (most of them were already deceased).
