Well-kept holiday house with 3 bedrooms with AC and large terrace (barbecue and garden furniture). Sleeps 4.

Ground floor: dining area with kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, fridge+freezer, oven, dishwasher); living room with sofa; television (french and foreign channels), DVD player; WC.
First floor: Two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), another bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and access to a small balcony, all equipped with mosquito nets. Shower room with WC, hair dryer.
There is ample free parking at the entrance to the residence.
An old fishing village, overlooked by its Barberousse tower, Gruissan's charm lies in the beauty and extreme diversity of the landscapes that surround it. Situated between the sea, the lagoon and the Massif de la Clape, Gruissan offers a multitude of activities for all the family.
