This inviting holiday home, styled in traditional Ausseer architecture, offers 94 m² of well-appointed space for up to eight guests. It features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with a 160 cm bed plus a bunk bed—ideal for families or small groups. A modern bathroom with a private sauna is located upstairs, while the ground floor includes a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy Aussee veranda with dining space, a living room with a pull-out sofa, an additional WC, and a utility room with both washing machine and dryer. Pets are not permitted. Located just a 10-minute walk from the stunning Lake Grundlsee (approx. 500 meters), the property offers excellent access to both natural beauty and local attractions. The Loser Drag Lift ski area is 12 km away, and the Tauplitz ski region is reachable in about 20 minutes by car. On-site, the holiday village includes a village shop with regional products, a restaurant, and direct access to seasonal activities—from hiking and cycling in summer to a T-bar lift, children’s lift, and toboggan run in winter. Further amenities include a sports equipment rental, creative family workshops, and a recreational hall with an indoor ice rink and curling in the colder months. In summer, guests can enjoy yoga classes, a swimming pond, tennis courts, a playground, archery, and an equestrian centre. Select services are available for an additional fee.
