Chalet Zan-Fleuron is a beautifully appointed 5-room chalet spanning 150 m2 across 3 levels, oriented toward the south to maximize natural light and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or groups seeking a refined alpine retreat.

On the main level, a generously sized open-plan living and dining room serves as the heart of the chalet, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to a large 15 m2 balcony with south and west facing orientations. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins this space and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, a large living and sleeping room features 1 pull-out bed measuring 2 x 90 cm, along with a hi-fi system. This room opens directly onto a spacious 25 m2 terrace with a south facing orientation and is served by a shower and WC.

The upper floor hosts 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds of 90 cm each and opens onto a south facing balcony.
