This single level home has no stairs in the unit and is accessible by an elevator. Inside, you can relax with a TV, connect to Wifi, or use the dedicated workspace when you need a quiet moment to focus. Air conditioning helps maintain a comfortable environment as you unwind between outings. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad allow you to arrive on your own schedule.



Kitchen & dining

If you are arriving by car, note that there is no parking inside the building, though nearby options are available.

About waste management:

All trash must be deposited only in the chute located on the service stairs. It is not permitted to leave bags in hallways or common areas.



Waste must be placed in tightly closed bags, preferably double bags. Bulky items or glass bottles should not be placed in the chute; these should be taken directly to the container located in Basement 1.



Any damage to the chute or related areas may result in repair charges or corresponding penalties.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.
