From your elevated perch, you can ease into the day at the dining table, coffee in hand, watching the horizon shift from cool dawn tones to bright afternoon clarity. Even in late winter, the climate remains temperate - crisp mornings give way to comfortably warm days, and evenings invite you to settle in with the city lights twinkling beyond your window.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed for 2 guests, this one-bedroom condo offers a quiet retreat after time spent exploring nearby neighborhoods. The bedroom features 1 bed with bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage so you can unpack and feel at home. The private bathroom includes hot water and bathroom essentials, creating a simple space to refresh and reset at your own pace.



Living and comfort

Air conditioning helps maintain a pleasant indoor setting throughout the year, while Wifi keeps you connected whether you’re working remotely or planning your next outing. In the evenings, stream a favorite show on the TV or enjoy a light workout using the in-unit exercise equipment before heading downstairs to the building’s Gym. A carbon monoxide alarm is installed for added peace of mind. With a private entrance and elevator access in the building, coming and going feels easy and convenient.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, giving you the flexibility to prepare meals whenever it suits you. A Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker, Blender, and Cooking basics support relaxed mornings and simple dinners at home. Gather around the dining table for breakfast before heading out, or unwind with a quiet meal as the skyline glows outside.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport, or you can use the taxi service or the Uber platform to get around the city.
