It was our second stay at this hotel, great room, great bed. I would just add the odor the bathroom had, it had a bad smell to it, like sewage odor.

Very nice and clean hotel right in the heart of the Main Plaza. Friendly staff and comfortable huge bed (cal king) real breakfast (not continental) is not on site but on another partner hotel just across the street. Restaurants, bars, parks, theater, museums, etc and just about anything you can think of are all just a short walk. Room/bathroom was spacious enough although our room #12 has a huge wardrobe that is located right at the passage between the room and the bathroom leaving only about 25 inch of clearance and there is also a step to add to to the difficulty of crossing from one side to the other, even with the inconvenience my wife and would stay again but if mobility is an issue i would ask to for another room.

Staff is nice and friendly. However bed is very hard couldn’t sleep all night. To make the stay worst not sure if hotel is on top of a bar/club but music was blasting until 4am.

Great location

The room had two huge windows#15 with a great view. Staff was friendly and a nice Italian bottle of wine upon arrival. Comfortable bed, but no coffee maker or refrigerator. That did not bother us as there was breakfast included across the street and was very adequate. Nice roof top area to hang and enjoy your vino tinto or beer. Would definitely come back, you would not be disappointed. Another plus is right outside the entrance was was a great ice cream wagon!!
