Very central location, clean and staff is very polite and helpful. Laundry service on site. Have also AC and elevator for two persons at a time (no luggage). They do charge for bottle water after the first two provided. A little noisy on the weekend since it’s right on the plaza and music goes on until late hours. I did not see access to roof top or pool.

Second time choosing this hotel. Unbeatable location. Old-world charm. Quality bed, linens, etc. This trip we brought a car and the free valet parking was a great bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

Me encantó el hotel, muy céntrico, te facilita el acceso a zonas céntricas y tours culturales. En cuanto el hotel tiene hermosa fachada y sus cuartos son cómodos y refrescantes. Lo único que podría ser mejor es las instalaciones telefónicas, durante mi estancia no pude comunicarme con el personal del hotel.

This property was right on the place called Jardines de la Union..surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and just about everything you need and all with in walking distance. Place is excellent.

What a beautiful hotel. I loved staying here. The location is excellent for all things Guanajuato (keeping in mind that means it's excellently located near the nightly entertainment on the square, so bring your earplugs if that's a problem for you) Sylvia at the front desk is kind and very helpful. As is Manual in the restaurant I will be back!
