The room was clean and was as requested. King bed and ocean view. The beach was nice. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The food wasn't bad but was usually cold or luke warm at best. The music and comentator on the beach was way too loud at times. When you're relaxing on the beach that's the last thing you need or want, at least for us. We reported the automatic door lock next door be looked at because it would beep loudly all night long but it was still beeping when we left. If you are looking for warm weather and a beach with lots if action, this is the place for you.

Great choice. Here is that version for you: We booked our long weekend stay based on an attractive price, but we encountered several challenges. The main issue was the dampness and mosquitoes in our room, which we believe was caused by a lot of standing water around the property. We also found that the promotional photos didn't quite match the reality of the resort, particularly the very small gym. On the upside, the food at the Mexican and grill restaurants was enjoyable, and most of the staff members were very pleasant, though communication was sometimes a challenge. However, the main buffet did not meet our expectations. Overall, because of the number of issues we faced, we would likely not choose to stay here again. Let me know if you'd like any adjustments to it!

The rooms needs better maintenance. The linens are dingy, maybe washed in brown water. The decor on the bed had black spots, thought it was a bug. The bed linens needs upgrading to match the beauty of the place. My room was oceanview but was blocked by trees. Would not do that again. Overall I would stay again. Food full of flavor all the time. Outdoors was well maintained and refreshing. Most Staffs were bilingual making it easier.

Lovely staff. Room decent. Hot water amazing. It rained 2 1/2 days and there was nothing to do. I would recommend using the casino space as a game activity area. Get pool tables, board games, bag toss tournaments, dominoes and tables, cards, ping pong tables. It would have been more enjoyable on those rainy days.
