Everything perfect. But when the breakfast is gone. There is no chance to get more. So, be at 630 or you will not have the free breakfast.

Terrible airline service

I couldn’t make it to my hotel for this trip. Unfortunately, my airline canceled the flight due to aircraft malfunctioning. And although they knew the situation for my final destination. They decided to give me the worst re accommodation possible. It wasn’t worth it for me since I would of spent most of my trip traveling. I work and go to school full time in the US. At that point I was discouraged to take their horrible offer.

Me hospedé en el hotel 1 noche pues perdí mi vuelo. Excelente servicio, muy cerca en UBER de cualquier punto de Guayaquil y a pocos pasos del Malecón y Puerto Santa Ana. El servicio y amabilidad del personal me pareción excelente.

Just to spend the night

It is a basic hotel. It is Clean and has all the basic facilities. Just what you need to spend a night and rest for the next day. Shower was not warm enough. Breakfast is basic.
