Shrouded in trees, this home offers much in the way of outdoor recreation and fun, leisurely activities at home base. This abode is located by the Russian River and Hulbert Creek, so water activities are never too far away. The home offers plenty to do on the property. On the deck, fire up the grill, take a dip in the hot tub, warm up by the firepit, or enjoy some complimentary yard games. A small creek and walking trails are also nearby. Board games and a small library of books is also available for guest use, provided guests do not remove them from the property.

Inside, the home is colorful and gets great natural light thanks to the plethora of windows. Enjoy access to Roku TVs in every room, a colorful and well-equipped kitchen, and a sun soaked office space that includes a computer docking station and the necessary cords.

Extra perks include a private washer/dryer and beach towels for guest use.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
