The well-furnished apartment “Apartamento Pardela” with views of the sea and the mountains is situated in the seaside resort Playa San Juan, in the west of Tenerife, and is only a short walk from the beach. The 90 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The private open sun terrace with seating furniture and deck chairs, from which you can see the ocean and the mountains, invites you to have coffee in the morning or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine while you listen to the sounds of the waves. The building also has a communal rooftop terrace with deck chairs and a lounge area. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants are all within a 3-minute walk (200 m), and you will find many more, as well as a bus stop, after a 4-minute walk (350m) to the centre of Playa San Juan. A golf course lies an 8-minute drive (4.2 km) away, the popular Siam amusement park can be visited after a 20-minute drive (23 km), and the scenic area also offers many routes for hiking or cycling. Within a one-hour drive (58 km), you will be able to reach the volcano “Pico del Teide”, and Tenerife South Airport is located a 30-minute drive (38 km) from the apartment.
