Contemporary house 90m2, functional, with a terrace of 60 m² in wood (living room apperot quoted and covered meal quoted), + jacuzzi 6 places in free access,
In a very quiet area (700m2 plot).
No groups under 25.
Parking for 2 cars, all very well fenced with gate for our friends the dogs and cats!
You will be able to visit all the beautiful things to see in our region: Arcachon, Bordeaux, the beaches of the ocean, the dune of Pilât.....Gujan mestras and its oysters of the 7 ports, Arcachon, Bordeaux, St Emilion...
The accommodation
Well insulated individual house! Not far from the first small port of Gujan mestras and the coastal path.
2 bedrooms and an office convertible into 3 bedrooms.
All comfort with the joy of enjoying a SPA for 6 people heated to 36 degrees continuously.
2 weber Barbecue (1 electric and 1 coal)
All our house (attention this is not a rental house but our personal house! )
Other remarks
There is a procedure to follow when using the JACUZZI!
You will be responsible for it!
BE CAREFUL to close it after each use (for the safety of the children and the heating of the water) and to put in 1/2 dose of product per day if you use it.
