Comfort and Awe are all around at Phoenix Gulf Shores 2104. Yes, the "awe" comes from the most spectacular views in Gulf Shores that are found here in this prized, 21st floor east corner unit. The "comfort" you will find in abundance here as well.

· The living area has two plush sofas that are slip covered in soft sunbrella fabric. So relax and enjoy, we can keep them clean. Two swivel gliding chairs add to the cozy living space, which is topped off with a 65" Samsung SUHD 4K TV with quantum dot technology.

· The open dining area reveals a magnificent view! It is filled with solid Amish made furniture. The table, chairs, bench and bar stools were all designed specifically for this unit. The adjacent wet bar has an ice maker, Ninja blender, and Keurig coffee maker.

· In the bedrooms comfort is added with premium Sealy mattresses. The master bedroom features a king Sealy hybrid mattress and a 54" UHD 4K TV. The master bath includes an upgraded tile shower, jetted tub, and a spacious double sink vanity.

· Bedrooms 2 and 3 have unbelievable east views. They have 40" UHD 4K TVs and customized shelving and drawers added to the closets to accommodate a full room of guests and their luggage. Bedroom 4 includes the same TV and its spacious en-suite bathroom is handicapped accessible with a walk in shower. This bathroom is also accessible to the hallway. A full size washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet off of this hallway.

· The balcony provides it all. The sturdy counter height chairs are both easy and comfortable to use, placing you at just the right level to enjoy unobstructed scenery that never grows dull. There are also two chaise lounges if your eyes ever need a break.

· The low density building housing PGS 2104 is filled with amenities. There is a zero entry outdoor pool with an exhilarating corkscrew water slide that is fun for all ages. A separate indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, and a tennis court are also available. The spacious fitness center with full gulf view is found on the second floor along with a beautiful open lobby. This is all located within walking distance of the "Hang Out" at the 59 intersection.

· We believe that you will see the "awe" the moment you walk into this condo, and you will find the "comfort" throughout your stay.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The floors besides the kitchen and bath should be cleaner. The kitchen needs a dish cloth not a sponge. I had a skin reaction to the detergent /dryer shts products that were used on the towels and bed covers so we rewashed all with my detergent and dryer shts that we brought. But I would still give condo 4 out of 5 stars. And that is why.

Great Stay!

Our condo worked very well for our family! It was clean and a great location to food and beach shops. My only complaint was the under cabinet ice maker didn’t work. We needed to purchase ice daily for our needs.

Non working ice machine in room. Ice machine full of mold also. Bagged ice machine on property worked sometimes. Reported on Monday morning. Guy shows up Wednesday afternoon but can’t fix because no adult present. 3 remotes to operate TV. Do I need to say more. No instructions. Again reported on Monday and on Wednesday afternoon someone shows up but did not fix. Bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent. Customer service was bad. For the cost of stay I expect more. Sorry. Front desk only open from 9 - 5. After that the number it says to call has a full mailbox and you can’t leave a message.

Beautiful corner unit with awesome views

We loved the unit and it was perfect for our family. Very spacious and the views were breathtaking. I was expecting the beds to be furnished with bedspreads since that was what was in the pictures. So i was surprised when they all had only white sheets on them. They had blankets to cover up with so not a huge deal.Overall a wonderful place.

Hangout

We came for Hangout Music Fest. The place was great for our group and in walking distance of numerous restaurants and stores. We had an issue with one the toilets but it was resolved quickly. The only suggestion we have is there should be more towels, the unit sleeps 14 amd there are only 12 towels, we washed daily so it wasn't a real problem, just a suggestion. We would recommend this unit

Wilkes/O'Brien Family Beach Vacation

The condo location was great with quick access to nearby stores and restaurants. Awesome beach views from the 21st floor, a great sized balcony, with beachy decor. comfortable beds and furniture. Great having both an indoor and outdoor pool. We enjoyed our stay overall, loved having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with so much space for our 5 adults and one baby. Some of the drawbacks we found were: the phone, internet and TV remotes did not work until my nephew called for instructions on how to resolve. The floors could have used a good cleaning as all of our feet including the baby's knees from crawling around got so dirty, the ice machine did not work in the coffee bar. Also. while packing up our baby's toys to leave we found two dead hermit crabs under the coffee table and toys not belonging to us under the TV credenza, so obviously furniture had not been moved for a good cleaning in some time, and there was a clogged sink in the master bath which my nephew had to fix. All in all we did have a fabulous time, but after spending almost $6,000 for less than a week everything should have been perfect. But, we all did agree that if we come back to Gulf Shores we would definitely like to stay in this same unit. Thank you!!

POOR HOUSEKEEPING

Upon arrival we discovered the unit appeared to not have been cleaned. The rug in the living room was dirty, which we vacuumed ourselves. The refrigerator and freezer had food spills in them from previous guest, the ice maker was covered with mildew, which we found out didn't work anyway, the windows in the living room were covered with hand prints, kitchen cabinets were dirty, kitchen table was dirty with food particles dried on it along with the chairs, bathroom countertops and drawers were covered with hair shavings, showers have mildew on doors and shower heads, deck furniture had spills from previous guest. There was a spot the size of a quarter on one night stand that looked like super glue but when we wiped it came off.....The most disgusting was the pair of underwear and empty ear debrox behind the nightstand from previous guest. The ice machine not working forced us to BUY ice from the machine in the pool area. There were items from previous guest found under the couch and living room chairs as well as food containers under one of the beds. When we arrived Saturday 6/24/23 and discovered the mess, we contacted the service desk and ask for someone to clean the unit. We were told we would get a call back but never did. W were told they would forward the complaint to management........... I could go on but am running out of room. I have used VRBO before and been very happy but this was the worst experience I have had. Will not use again.

Family vacation with kids and grandkids

The condo was right on the beach which was very convenient for our group which included two infants. The condo was as described. We would definitely book there again! The option to use the pool in addition to the beach was a nice feature. Lazy River would be a plus!

Very nice 21st floor corner unit on the water. Plenty of rooms for 7 adults, indoor pool for cold or rainy days, walking distance to a bar/pizza place/grocery stores, and minutes to the downtown area. Great memories.

Nice Condo With Issues

The property is nice and in a great location, but the refrigerator/freezer did not “freeze”, and the ice maker in the wet bar did not make ice. The building maintenance crew came in to fix the refrigerator/freezer (and stated that they were aware the refrigerator had issues)and we’re unable to do so. The refrigerator was then pushed into the dining room and another refrigerator was brought in. The replacement unit did not reach a refrigeration or freezing temperature either. We were unable to get the living room tv to work. It would have been helpful if there were directions in the unit for the use of the tv. A binder with local information as well as instructions for items in the unit would have been useful. On a positive note, the unit was beautiful and the view was phenomenal. The facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool area. The staff at the Phoenix Gulf Shores were very kind and did their best to be helpful.

Perfect Vacation

When we arrived it was much nicer than expected. Check-in was super easy and fast. Had everything We needed to cook meals when we didn’t want to go out etc. plenty of space for everyone. Within walking distance to a lot of the food places and souvenir shops. We ended up extending our stay another night, fell in love with the amazing view. Will definitely be making this one a yearly vacation spot.

What an Amazing Condo!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. It is a corner unit so 3 out of the 4 bedrooms have an amazing view of the Emerald Coast. We fell in love with the views. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had all of the appliances you would need to make a meal for the family. If you do cook, bring sea songs because that is one thing we forgot. The location of the condo was close to restaurants and nearby attractions. You can literally walk .3 miles to eat at a local seafood restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Our family was very happy with this property! The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were well maintained, and the condo itself was immaculate. The location is perfect for walking to food and fun. Just what we needed to end a bad year and start anew.
