The Space:
Sleeps 7. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Beverage Cooler that holds over 100 beverages (wine, Gatorade, Sodas, Waters, Baby bottles etc), Full Size Stack Front Load Washer and Dryer. Keyless Entry, Standard Cable and High Speed Wireless Internet, Leather Queen Sofa Sleeper, Swivel Chair. Living room has 65"Roku live TV and streaming channels.
The Master Bedroom has a 49" flat screen Roku TV and there is 32" flat screen TV in the 2nd bedroom. Pack N Play, high chair, games, books, and much more.
Master Bedroom with King bed has sliding style doors with built-in Blinds that open to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with a twin bunk, overlooking the pool and courtyard, and great for another visiting family. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the 2nd level. You can watch the kids swim while you cook in the kitchen or hit the grill beside the pool on one of the two grills outside.

Relax after dinner and play a game, work a puzzle or watch a movie on the Roku Tvs that provide access to your favorite streaming channels.

It is just a short walk (312 ft.) to the beach accessed by a crosswalk at the light (so it is protected), with all the Amenities For Rent, Such as Loungers with Umbrellas, Banana Boat Rides, PARASAILING!! .... you are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, including Sea and Suds, (Gulf Shores only real beachfront restaurant right across the street), The Pink Pony, The Hangout, Bill’s By the Beach (As seen on TV's Food Network), Bahama Bob’s, Shrimp Basket, Hooters, Desoto's, Gulf Island Grill and more...Don't forget, Island Pancake House across the street and The Waffle House is right next door. Also within walking distance are several beach souvenir shops, and a small liquor store.

Whenever you have had enough of the beach, come relax in the onsite pool. Our complex is composed of 31 units surrounding the in-ground pool, along with a small grassy area to play. There are two grills and picnic tables available for your grillmaster pleasure. Although there is a new full-size washer and dryer in the unit, there is a laundry facility on site for $1 per wash/per dry with 5 washers and 5 dryers if you need more room to wash. You will also have free, assigned parking, located under the condo with space enough for 2 normal size vehicles. Maximum of 2 cars allowed for renters. Additional parking is available in any unmarked spot throughout the complex, on a first come, first served basis.

The Amusement Park OWA and the NEW WATER PARK is just minutes away in Foley, and the NEW Gulf State Park Convention Center and Pier is just 1 1/2 miles down East Beach Blvd.. We are right in the heart of it all.

Come enjoy all the Sand Dollar #9 has to offer with all of the comforts of home and more. It is easy walking distance to our beautiful sandy beaches, and is conveniently located to everything. The Sand Dollar #9 is directly across the street from the beach with private, deeded beach access. Also, just an easy 3 block walk to The HANGOUT MUSIC FESTIVAL & THE SHRIMP FESTIVAL.

Tanger Outlet Mall is located 8 miles north in Foley, Alabama. Located .8 miles from Waterville USA, .04 miles from the State of Alabama Gulf State Park and the new fishing Pier. Water Park, Miniature Golf, Zoo, Ft. Morgan has great fishing, charter boat fishing, and Dolphin Cruise. Bicycle & Scooters Rental Store is walking distance as well. There are too many to mention.

Ask about our 5 x 7 storage space for your large storage needs. We have a storage room for your convenience. Keep that sand, coolers, beach chairs, toys, and water out of the unit when you don't need them and don't carry up the stairs every day.

Check-in at 4:00 pm and Check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in may be available but must be approved ahead. No early check-in during peak season. No pets are allowed as per the HOA rules.

Guest Access:
You can access the whole unit except for some kitchen cabinets, and one hall closet upstairs.

The Neighborhood:
The condo complex is family friendly, and even though there is a washer and dryer in the unit, there is also a laundromat on site. Common areas include picnic areas with bbq grills and a grassy area for kids to run around.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to the beach with deeded access and to restaurants and stores. You can leave your car parked in the shade in your assigned parking space.
