Another Round - Professionally Managed by Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals (GSVR)

This is a stunning beachfront home featuring 6 bedrooms plus a bunk room, a private 12' x 24' pool (which can be heated from October to May for $60 per day), an elevator, and high-end finishes throughout. Located 5 miles west of downtown Gulf Shores, it offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends looking for a relaxing, fun-filled getaway.

The main floor features an expansive great room filled with natural light, thanks to large windows showcasing breathtaking views of the beach, the Gulf, and Little Lagoon. The chef's kitchen is designed for both function and style, featuring two full refrigerators, two ovens, two dishwashers, and ample counter and storage space for all your cooking needs. A pantry/bar area next to the kitchen offers extra storage and a convenient spot for beverage preparation. The dining area includes a long table seating 14+ guests, with additional seating for six at the breakfast bar. The spacious living room provides plenty of seating and a 75” smart TV, perfect for entertaining or relaxing with loved ones. This level also has two King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a laundry room, and a powder room for added convenience and functionality.

On the top floor, you'll find four additional bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. Included are two King suites and two double queen rooms with an accompanying daybed, each with a private bath and access to the beachfront porch. Also featured is a bunk room with custom-built XL Twin beds that comfortably sleeps four, along with an extra full bath for added convenience. This floor is complemented by a second spacious living area with a wet bar and a larger laundry room, providing additional space for relaxation, entertainment, and convenience for all guests.

Outdoors, guests are treated to a private heated pool, a 100-foot stretch of private beach, hammocks, a charcoal grill, multiple outdoor dining areas, and beach chairs, creating the ultimate coastal experience filled with relaxation, comfort, and scenic beauty all around.

Rental Policies
- This property does not rent to groups under 25 or host bachelor/bachelorette parties.
- For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1,000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to maintain the property's pristine condition.

We had a wonderful family vacation at “Another Round.” The property is beautiful & spacious. It’s very well stocked with amenities. The house has gorgeous views! We enjoyed the large tables inside & outside, for meals, games…. The pool was awesome, the grandkids loved it! I would definitely recommend this property!!

GS Family Retreat

This is one of the best properties we’ve rented. Beautifully decorated, everything you could ever need in the kitchen, comfortable beds, white thick fluffy towels, very spacious and could not ask for a better view. We will return. The property mgmt company was very responsive and helpful.

We had a excellent stay the house was very nice. The view is perfect and the pool was nice and relaxing. House was very clean but for a non smoking house. It did have a cigarette odor to it. When we got home our suitcase and clothes did have a cigarette odor. Other then that it was a perfect stay.

Each family group had their own bedroom and bathroom. There was also a bunk room for the kids. We liked that there was a smaller space upstairs that the grandkids could play or just relax when they needed a break from the adults. But for the most part we all enjoyed the large living space downstairs. The home was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we could want. We made good use of the pool. And the mgmt company takes good care of it sending a service to maintain it during our stay. The house was everything we were hoping for as it lived up to the description online. Finally, the elevator has raised our bar now for future stays. Not having to carry groceries and suitcases all the way upstairs saved our backs. I also want to say that the people at Gulf shores Vacation Rentals were great to work with.

We especially appreciated the comfy beds, 3 washers/dryers, 2 ice makers to fill our coolers, the pristine private pool, the walkover that leads straight to the ocean and the large, beautifully decorated rooms. The kitchen was well stocked. We also loved the large living and dining rooms. We were all able to hang out together comfortably. This home is located on a private stretch of beach with other homes-no high rise condos in the area. Soft white sand and lots of shells to hunt for. The management company was easy to work with and everything went smoothly with check -in and check-out. We would highly recommend this beach house! 5 Stars for sure! A huge "thank you" to the owners who let families like ours rent their vacation home!

The house is spacious, yet the open floor plan on the main floor allows everyone to be together while having their own space. Bedrooms are well appointed & have great gulf views. We loved having 3 washers & dryers, 2 stoves & 2 dishwashers. We especially liked being a few miles from the center of downtown...even on the best weather days, the beach was uncrowded so we enjoyed just being together with our family. All in all, we would happily rent this house for another beach vacation.

We usually stayed in Condos but 10 years or so ago we found Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals. They have large homes and in the last few years we have opted with ones with elevators since many now have some bad knees. They have never disappointed. Plenty of room for everyone. The best times are always had!

Beach front, pool and large deck. Plenty of room to spread out. Every room has its own bathroom & TV. The elevator was a plus for hauling luggage and food up. We had ages 4 to 93. Kitchen is well equipped always clean. Very easy to clean before we leave. Washer and dryers so handy. If you have a problem they are very quick to respond to fix the situation! Beautiful, huge home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing and just what we all needed. The additional kitchen appliances, fully stocked with utensils, and large sofas accommodated our group perfectly. We loved lounging on the deck. The only thing better would have been to have a hot tub on the deck on cool February nights.

Group getaway at another round

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at another round with a group of 14. Everyone enjoyed the house very much. There was plenty of room and no one felt cramped at anytime. The redundant dishwasher and laundry was awesome for a group this big. I would absolutely recommend to anyone with a large group looking to stay on the ocean.
