This condo is located within walking distance of a dozen restaurants. Golf is but a short drive away to the world-class courses of Kiva Dunes, Lost Key or the Peninsula Club. And, if you've come to shop,Tanger Outlet Mall is just a short drive away!

We'd love for you to make this condo your home away from home! It is decorated with fine furnishings and coastal colors and has plenty of room for your entire family! I must say that the condo was in a great location. I liked that we had our own parking space close to the elevator, and we loved the balcony. We had an issue with the toaster, but it was taken care of in a very timely manner. I would just like to suggest that someone take a really good look at the pots and pans. Some of the pans could use a little scrubbing and maybe even replace a couple with the teflon finish as they seem to be scratched. Also, the cookie sheets should be replaced. They were so very rough and gross. Other than that, we had a great time!

Great location! LOVED the corner balcony! The bed in the master suite has dips in it where it is broken down. Overall cleanliness could have been better but I have high standards. Our family had a great time and it was nice to have 3 separate bathrooms.

Fun place for the family!

This is a great place to stay with the family or a medium sized group of friends. The location is great and the beach is beautiful. The amenities such as the pool and hot tubs did the trick to give the kids a little break from the waves. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great to have a separate bath for each bedroom. Patio is super nice rug a great view! The only feedback I have is to have a few more large pots, pans, and baking sheets for larger meals. Most pots and pans were on the small side. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend or stay here again myself!

Clean but dated and run down.

Our overall impression of this property is that it is dated and run down. Starting with getting off the elevator, all the condo's windows and doors are filthy and require cleaning and painting. My first thought was this building is not being taken care of. Then our unit, although very clean, has dated furniture such that the couch can only be sat in the middle because it is so worn on the ends, you will sit sideways. The other 2 lounge chairs fabric is worn and dirty. The kitchen cabinets have paint peeling and the pans are lack luster. The patio only has 2 lounge chairs yet has 3 bedrooms. We were 3 adults and only 2 of us were able to sit on a lounge chair and the cushions were so old that you would hit the frame. There are dining chairs on the patio but those are not chairs to relax and enjoy the view. The railing had a lot of rust and needed painting. Lastly, there is a ticking or pinging that you hear all night in 2 of the bedrooms and the maintenance man told us he was aware of it but it was not fixed.This condo has amazing views and a large patio to enjoy. The condo is roomy. The location is amazing. It just needs some TLC and updated furnishings commiserate with the price.

Awesome Views

We really enjoyed this condo. This was a mother/daughter/granddaughter trip. The views were breathtaking from the large balcony. Seating was great for evening dinners and sunsets on the balcony. Easy access to the beach and pool area. The condo was very clean. Provided everything needed in the kitchen. The property manager was very responsive to a few questions I had. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend and rent again. No complaints.

Best stay we have had at Gulf shores/orange beach

Our condo was very impressive. We had everything we needed. The listing was spot on. This is the third time I have been to these Alabama beaches and this time trumped them all! Island Royale is the best and I plan on staying there again!!!!! FYI the security parking attendant is an asset to your company. He(Joe) is very friendly and personable and we all loved him! This experience is 5 star all the way!!!!

Great end unit to see sunrise and sunset!

Lovely condo, very clean and great location (west of the T intersection so less traffic). Outstanding communication with property management! Only a few steps from condo to beach, nice gym, walkable to many places. Comfortable bed, couch and chairs. Would definitely stay again!

Couldn’t be happier!!! Spectacular!!

Expectations exceeded! Walk through the door and simple awe!!! The view takes your breath away. Then you see the adorable well appointed (didn’t want/need for anything) condo. Host was super accommodating and quick to respond. The building had lots of amenities and Joe the security guard was a hit with the group . They should rename the building Joe’s place!! Highly, highly recommend a stay here, it won’t disappoint! Will be our go to spot in the future for sure!!! Thanks so much!
