BEACH FRONT HOTELS! Phoenix All Suites - Beside Pink Pony!

Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional œ bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Alright.

The location is great. But the amenities could use some updating in the room, as well as the elevators. There was a bandaid covering a crack on the toilet’s seat. We got stuck on the elevator, and the operator did everything but make the situation any better, spent about 45 minutes stuck in the elevator and it was extremely hot.

Great for a quick trip

This is our third stay at this property. Location is what brings us back each year. While the property could use some TLC and updates, they do very well with what they have. Our condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.My only dings this trip were that our condo smelled of smoke masked with some sort of deodorizer, we received fresh towels but the dirty ones were never collected and not much pool security.There is really no way to know if people coming in off the beach/street are really guest. Outside of that, we loved the ease of check in/ check out . All staff members we encountered were courteous and helpful. Pool isn’t much to speak of, but it gets the job done.For the price, we may consider a newer property next year.

Housekeeping needs work

Location was great. Staff was friendly
Ms. Annie at the office front desk and one of the nice housekeeping staff ladies were the highlight of our ‘checkout’. The room itself was disgusting in the light of day. We checked in really late and exhausted so we missed a lot when we got there but WOW
when the sun came up, I was quite disappointed. Stained/dirty furniture, urine rings on mattress covers, mildew spots on the shower curtain, what appeared to be a blood spatter on the bed skirt/wrap
I was disgusted to say the least.

The room was tired and sorely needing an update. Curtains didn’t close. Appliances old. Room phones old and didn’t work. Not sure why they were even there. Furniture in disrepair and uncomfortable. Bathrooms awful. Closets had furniture and cleaning supplies in them-not much room for clothes.

Great Location and convenient to all things to do

Location was perfect for us for a one night getaway. Everything was in walking distance, restaurants, stores, beach. Room was what you would expect next to the Hangout, but served its purpose for us.
