Location

Perfect location. Beautiful view. Slow/laggy wifi. Fridge/freezer smelled like fish; baking soda fixed that. Excellent communication from company. A bigger skillet would have been great to have in the kitchen. We would stay here again if in the area.

Quick trip

Good location. Good view of beach. Layout of the condo is not great as the bedroom is not private. There mediacom channel listings on the tables, but they didn't have mediacom. Had Roku TV so I couldn't figure out how to get cbs, tnt, tbs to watch NCAA games. 2 days later got it to work. Roku TV stinks!

Mother/Daughter Vacay!

My daughter and I spent a week in Gulf Shores for our Spring Break. We have stay at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet many times and really like the location. We generally stay in a 3rd floor condo, but it was unavailable during this visit. This 7th floor condo had an amazing view of the ocean and met our needs well. The beach is easily accessible, and we love the pool and hot tub. The office staff is always very friendly and welcoming. We also like this location because it is away from the more commercial areas of Orange Beach and the heart of Gulf Shores. I would highly recommend this condo to others. We had no issues during our visit.

Our room at The surf and racquet club

We always enjoy staying at golf Shores surf and racquet club. There are two things that were unsatisfactory. The dishwasher was not cleaned out when we got there. And the bed was wet and unmade when we got into our room. We made our bed and laid there for a few minutes and then realized it was wet. So we had to dry the sheets and start again. I think something had spilled on it and it had been cleaned. Anyway, that would have been good for us to know before we reached our room or handeled better. Besides that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Clean room, but that's about it...

Very difficult to get bags from the car, to the luggage cart, up the ramp, through 2 doors to the elevator. Building is across the street from the beach, which is a little harder to get to the beach than I thought. Property is far enough away from town to avoid most of the partying teenagers, which I liked. But was about 15-20 mins from most places we like to go, which are in Orange Beach, wich I didn't care for. All things considered I thought this was overpriced and we won't stay here again.
