BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The condo was very nice and very comfortable! It was exactly like the pictures showed. The location was perfect to stores and restaurants. We were able to walk to dinner a few times and there is a convenience store across the street which was very handy! We loved our stay and would definitely love to return!

The condo itself, is nice, with the exception of squeaky doors and being able to hear every move of the neighbors above you. Both of which, made it hard for our 13 month old to sleep well. Pros: So close to the beach, gorgeous beach views, woke up and saw dolphins swimming, café across the street, spacious floor plan, etc. Cons: Unfortunately, the Property Manger has room for improvement. We were without an ironing board and didn't realize it until the day of our photo shoot. Calling around noon doesn't help you because they won't bring you an ironing board until two days later. Someone knocked on our front door at 10:30pm and there was no way to look out at who it was. My husband answered and it was some lady trying to use our bathroom. So random, so I called the Property Manager to ask for the phone number to Security (because the property is advertised as being secured by X company as you pull in), but the Property Manager did not have the number to reach Security so I was unable to report to anyone that some random woman was knocking on doors late at night. Security is quick to put a warning on your vehicle for parking in a Visitor spot, though! And while we knew it in advance, the whole providing 1 roll of TP and 1 trash bag for a week's stay, is absurd. It's impossible to buy what you need, TP, paper towels, trash bags, SOAP, and not have waste at the end of your stay. No one should have to buy all that while on vacation just to throw most of it away at the end of s

The pool was not kept clean, we saw the pool guy once in 6 days. We reported noisy tenants above us and they continued being loud in the middle of the night. Never had this type of issue at any other condo we have stayed at.

The property was great for our family of 4. We had no expectations for our time in Gulf Shores and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The private beach is stunning and across the street there’s a small store that has everything you may need.

Condo was clean and well equipped! Washer/dryer and ability to cook made it much easier for it family of 6. Amazing beach views. To no fault of the owner, the elevators were down. Our shower also leaked into a closet and required multiple visits from maintenance/plumber to repair and time we couldn’t use the shower. Excellent pool, hot tub and beach access. Bring or buy TP and paper towel!

Perfect to Celebrate an Engagement

We came on this trip as just a boyfriend and girlfriend and left engaged!! My partner planned the ultimate surprise in having my family there as well (3 doors down from us) who got to come over and celebrate with us on Friday evening after a lovely dinner at Oyster House. They all complemented the condo and will be booking with beachball for their future vacations!

Enjoyed our stay. Pool area was nice, had problem with elevators when we arrived, had to carry everything up the stairs, but the condo and location was great. Second bedroom was small and bunkbeds weren't great for 2 adult females.

We had really high expectations coming here and we were not disapointed

Location of condo is really good the beach seemed less busy here than it was farther down in either direction. The pool and hot tub at condo was amazing we used it several times after dark. I dont believe i can think of anything i would change about this whole place. The bed was really comfortable the decorations and furniture were perfect. The cleanliness and upkeep on this property is phenomenal it basically looks brand new inside. There was construction onsite during are stay but it really caused us no problems i think we only heard it for a short time on one day of are stay, but we were at the beach or in town most days. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful condo

This condo is conveniently located with all kinds of updates. There is construction going on but it really wasn’t disruptive except the pool area is definitely in the middle of it. The beach is right outside your door though. It is also walkable to a lot of activities in Gulf Shores. Definitely recommend.

Family Spring Break trip

Condo was clean and you really can’t beat the view of the gulf! There is construction which did wake us at 7:30a weekdays but honestly it gave us a great excuse to wake and watch the sunrise or go shell hunting early in the morning. Kids (8 & 12) didn’t seem to hear it in there bunk bed room. Having the little grocery store right across the street was great!
