located on Little Lagoon, and right across from our condo is the Gulf of Mexico. We’re just a short walk to the sugar sand beaches and crystal clear waters of the Gulf, also to shops, restaurants and entertainment, including the well known Hangout.

Every room of our condo has been updated and newly decorated.
The main level Master Bedroom has a comfy king bed, large closet, dresser, and flat screen smart TV. The Living Room includes new furniture, flat screen smart TV with free Wi-Fi and DVD player. The living room opens into the kitchen with table and seating for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, and stocked with the necessities of home.
The main floor bathroom has tub/shower combo and a new stackable washer and dryer. A unique, kid friendly spiral staircase leads to the fun feature of this unit, THE LOFT.. Colorful curtains allow you the open feel to the Living Room below or pull the curtains closed for privacy. The loft has a QUEEN size bed, and there’s a BONUS ROOM. The loft has an attached TV/kids room with full size futon and its own attached bathroom with a shower and closet.
There is covered parking for one car, but if you have an extra vehicle there is additional parking in the gravel (boat launch) parking lot. *Condo is located on the 2nd floor, therefore there are outdoor stairs, no elevator.

Enjoy all the benefits of being located on LITTLE LAGOON and all it has to offer. Whether you want to bring your kayaks, paddle boards or personal watercraft to enjoy on the water, the boat launch is ready for your use. You can also fish off the pier or the shore, either way there are over 64 species of fish just waiting for you! If you’d like to relax in the sun or go for a swim, take advantage of our large pool with its crystal clear water and surrounding deck with lounge chairs. The BEACH, just a quick walk away is always calling you no matter the season! There’s nothing like sticking your toes in the white sugar sand, taking a dip in the Gulf, or taking a walk along the shoreline.
Pier 33, a grocery/convenience store has it all, and is conveniently located right around the corner from our condo for anything you might need. They also have a coffee shop called West Beach Coffee House right above the store offering hot or cold coffee, latte, smoothie or cold brew shakes along with delicious pastries. You can also Stroll on down to one of the various shopping spots or nearby restaurants, including the Hangout.
