We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is absolutely amazing. We stayed on the first floor, and as soon as we stepped out onto our oceanfront patio, the swimming pool was just to our right. Having both the pool and the beach just steps away made it incredibly convenient and enjoyable.The condo itself was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.If you're looking for a property with an unbeatable location, easy access to the pool and beach, and a clean, beautiful place to stay, I would highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again!

We would stay here again! Ground level location was perfect for us and having kids. Beach access and pool right outside of the door. The unit could use new carpet in the bedrooms and the living room couch not super comfortable, the living room rug hurts to walk on, but none would prevent us from staying here again.Although we had no issues, the hot water heater appears to need some maintenance. It was dripping into the drip pan and appears to need attention.

We loved the super easy access to the room (parking lot side as well as beach side). Having the grass area right off the patio area for the kids to play in was really nice as well. The overall cleanliness was ok, some things did look a little dingy (like it needed more of a deep clean) and a few light bulbs were burnt out in a couple rooms. All of the beds were very comfortable and the kids loved having a bathroom in their room :). The walk to the beach was only a couple minutes even with 4 kids and all the gear. It is about a 20ish minute (depending on traffic) drive back to gulf shores, we did it a couple times and it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

When we arrived the condo wasn’t cleaned very well. Some Water still in one of the bathtubs, dirty baseboards and floors in the bathroom, dirty finger prints on the bathroom door, the shower curtain was barely hanging on due to rips. There was also a mold in the corner of the master bat tub. For the price I would expect it to be thoroughly cleaned. The complex is nice but to get access to the grills,restaurant and arcadeYou have to pay 50 per person per day. This is Stuff that usually is included with most complexes.

The accommodations were everything we expected. Location in the complex was perfect.Terri's communication was outstanding.The complex had things for the kids to do and allow the adults to relax. We would stay here again.

Do yourself a favor and if you have stumbled upon this listing—BOOK.IT. This was a week to remember for our family! The location could not have been better. The resort was so quiet (during spring break!!!) and family oriented. The ground floor unit had a beautiful view of the grounds and gulf. The pool/hot tub is literally steps away. The gulf view and access to it is right at your back sliding door! The patio is a perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon book reading while taking in the views. You walk groceries and luggage right in, no elevator waits or long walks. We even utilized grocery delivery and it went so smoothly! The condo was clean and so spacious. Our friends who were staying in the same building complimented the decor. Everything we needed for meal prep was provided in the well-stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and friendly during our interactions. We look so forward to booking again. This was such a great experience—and this beautiful ground floor, corner unit was the way to go. Definitely changed the way we will choose our convo selection from here on out. You will LOVE THIS STAY!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. Everyone had a great time! Love the lower level access, was so nice just to walk out the patio and hit the beach or pool. Beach was amazing softest white sand we have ever been in. Found some really cool shells as well. Resort offered so many amenities. We paid for the club access which was really affordable around 200 for all of us for 5 days. ( you pay by day based on size of condo and days not per person which is really nice) used workout room, club pools and bar took in a few yoga classes and were able to reserve beach chairs with umbrella. Did not use the spa but if we had a few more days would have definitely looked into that more. Staff were very helpful and nice. Girls loved the ice-cream shop and boutique. Condo had what we needed to cook and was really adorable space. Was great having a washing machine and dryer. Beds were so super comfortable have never slep so sound. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out even enjoyed the puzzles and Dominos left there! Overall super great experience. Very relaxed vibe super family friendly environment away from the hustle and bustle of the public beaches. Close to Fort Morgan which was a great tour as well. Dollar general right down the road to grab any essentials. About a twenty minute drive to downtown gulf shores beaches restaurant and shops. Super glad we chose this location so fun and relaxing definitely will be back. Thank you so much for having us!
