This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of room for families, multiple couples or groups traveling together. Best of all, you're just a short walk from the beautiful white-sand beaches of Gulf Shores, with a community pool, sand volleyball and fire pit waiting for you back at the property.

We loved this condo! Perfect location! Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. The condo was clean and very roomy! I took a group of teenagers and we all fit comfortably. The volleyball court was a fun addition and the pool was nice even though it was too chilly to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this condo! *if you plan to cook, be sure to take everything you need (spices, foil, etc) and be sure to take extra toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, tissues, etc).

Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Life 1B! It was spot on everything that was advertised! Extremely clean and within walking distance to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go! This was awesome not to have to load everyone up in the vehicle to got to eat or shop!!!! We will gladly say again!KT

Perfect for our Weekend Trip

The unit was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was well located to the Hangout where the beach volleyball tournament was being held, and to a number of restaurants that we could walk to. We would book this unit again.

Perfect house for a family

This house is in a great and quiet location but only a short walk from the beach. The house is beautiful and has bathrooms in every room which is great when you have 5 sandy kids to clean. Our kids loved the pool in the back, the balconies were relaxing to sit on in the evenings, and the beds are comfortable. We will definitely stay her again.

Perfect Beach Stay

The place was impeccably clean! Loved having the pool and chairs to hang out by once we left the beach. The fire pit and sand volleyball was such a fun option to have there even though we never got around to using them. Close to tons of restaurants and right across from the beach. The one and only miniscule inconvenience we had was there was no scissors to get our cinnamon rolls icing open! Great stay!

Very nice beach house

This property is as advertised. Very clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Shared pool was very nice for the little ones. Although, some other occupants were a little loud way into the night but only a couple of nights. Check in /check out was a breeze.

Perfect Location

Perfect location- close to shops, restaurants and the beach! House was the perfect size and adequately stocked. My only complaint was the construction… I know they can’t help it but a warning would have been nice. It was not very relaxing to get up at 6am every morning to loud banging.

Outside amenities were great! The couch and carpets were so dirty that we covered them before sitting. There was alot of outside construction going on, so it was very loud.

Excellent!

It was better than expected. Perfect location to beach, restaurants, and shops. 1-2 min walk to beach that had handicap accessible ramp making it easy to tote wagons, chairs, etc. The volleyball court, fire pit, and pool were very clean and well kept. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place! We will definitely be returning. Management team was very knowledgeable and easy to reach.

#summerfun

Fabulous! We had an amazing time. It was a perfect location short 3-4minute walk to anything you needed and especially the beach. The house was perfect size and having the pool and volleyball in the back made the experience more enjoyable. But our family spent most of the time on the beach which was just across the road and very accommodating. Loved watching the fireworks. Would recommend this beach house to anyone wanting good family fun. Thank you to VRBO and Poole and associates for making this vacation possible.

Fabulous location for all ages

Our family along with friends spent Spring Break here and absolutely loved it! It was important to us to find a walkable place for teens and young adults to be able to do things on their own. THIS IS IT! So close to everything from beach, e-bike rentals, restaurants, grocery, Dollar Store, and liquor store (very important ha!). It is across the street from the beach but couldn't be better and safer access walking to the beach which is probably the same amount of time it takes in a high-rise condo with a long walkway to reach the beach. The private, shared pool was awesome and our kids loved playing volleyball right there at the property. Would stay here again for sure.

Late October Beach Weekend

This place was beyond perfect! 3 block walk to the public beach, many close restaurants within walking distance, pool shared with other units (maybe 6 units total?) and a sand volleyball court. Many balconies to enjoy the sea breeze and sand toys to use if you want! We did tourist things during the day but were back at the unit for swimming or evenings at the beach! Water and days were still warm enough to enjoy, we had one day of stormy weather so no swimming due to strong tides, but could still enjoy the outdoors! Large unit could accommodate quite a few people! Thanks for the stay and we will look for the unit again when we return!

Maintenance timeliness

The property was nice however our refrigerator broke the day after we got there and the day after we shopped for food for 7 days and 9 people. 4 days later a new refrigerator was installed. We had to wait around for ice daily (they did provide us with a cooler) as well as the installation folks. I feel they could have gotten a refrigerator sooner so we would not have lost a lot of our food. I asked the property management if they would reimburse us for some of the food we lost, and they said that they provided us with ice. I think that would have been the least they could have done but have not. I will not stay with that management company again.

Great house at a great location

This house was clean and decorated great, felt like a home away from home. Checking in and out was hassle free and very easy. The location of this property is great within walking distance from everything. Would definitely recommend staying here while in Gulf Shores.
